Communication
Having sold homes for over 20 years, I know from first-hand experience that communication is key in the realtor – lender relationship. I have addressed this issue with updated technology that allows for faster communication between everyone involved in the transaction. Not only can you and your clients look forward to complete transparency throughout the entire process via weekly updates, but I am also available to meet with clients in person whenever it is deemed necessary.
